What is Verified by AVXact
AVXact reviews every listing before it is published. That review confirms one thing: that the aircraft's submitted specifications are complete and internally consistent.
Verification covers completeness, not accuracy. When AVXact marks a listing as verified, it means the record submitted for that aircraft contains all required specification fields and that those fields are internally consistent. AVXact does not independently inspect the aircraft, its physical condition, its maintenance records, or any documentation held by the seller.
All aircraft data originates with the seller. The specifications, history, maintenance status, and every other detail appearing in a listing are supplied by the seller and/or the seller's representatives. AVXact does not originate, own, or independently generate this data.
AVXact makes no warranty as to accuracy. AVXact makes no representation or warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, currency, or correctness of any data presented in a listing. The data belongs to the seller; AVXact's role is limited to confirming the record is complete.
Buyers must conduct their own due diligence. Buyers are solely responsible for their own inspection, independent verification, and due diligence before relying on any listing or making any purchasing decision. Material facts, including airworthiness, maintenance compliance, title, liens, and logbook accuracy, should be confirmed independently before any transaction is concluded.
